In the dark, dark tank there was some dark, dark sour beer. In the dark, dark sour beer there was some dark, dark cherries. In the dark, dark cherries Three Skeletons lived. What started out life as a blackcurrant stout was barrel-aged in 2nd -fill ex-bourbon casks for 24 months. It was then moved to our wild tank for secondary fermentation on dark cherry for finishing.Dark chocolate. Cherry Liqueur. Sour fruits. Subtle funk.
