100% Germany Pilsner Malt, a pinch of Wheat malt and noble hops.Magnum for Bittering and Hallertau for Aroma.Safale K-97 yeast used and fermented at 16c, lagered for 2 weeks at 4c.This is perhaps the closest I get to Köln without being there.
