I Bay Leaf In Stout

This week's draft variant is I Bay Leaf in Stout started as a vintage keg of Unshelled (Imperial Stout base for Nitro Shelled without the walnuts and vanilla). Then we infused it with a handful of fresh bay leaves from the tree in Mike's front yard. The contribution is very subtle with the "milk chocolate" notes from the base leading the way. I'd drink this one pretty warm to get the subtle allspice and herbal notes.
