Brewed originally in the run up to Christmas 2021, combining 5 malts, traditional European hops and a blend of specially selected Belgian yeast strains, this Tripel has spent the last 22 months in our barrel store.Crisp, light & effervescent, expect gentle clove and Peppery spice esters, with notes of bready malt, orchard fruits, and a gentle dry bitterness on the finish.
