Wild Dry Cider - Rhubarb

Wild Dry Cider, matured on rhubarb. The rhubarb was originally used for Oud Beersel's Rhubarb Lambic, but was given a second life. Instead of throwing away the used rhubarb, it was used to macerate our cider on it. This results in a nice combination of flavours, where the fresh and fruity character of the apples is complemented by the acidity of the rhubarb.
