Too Soon To Tell is an Imperial Stout. For this recipe we have kept it simple, with no adjuncts or additions - just straight up darkness. This beer is big, bold, rich and decadent. It has dark chocolate aromas which match its colour perfectly. It has a deep tan coloured head, reminiscent of an espresso crema. The mouthfeel is full and velvety but is balanced well with just the right amount of bitterness. Full of flavours of espresso, dark chocolate and a hint of roast. This is one smooth criminal, which leaves you with a warming feeling as it makes its way down.
