Taking that same Indiana apple cider, this variant was also aged in fresh dumped bourbon barrels for 14 months before being treated to a tasteful dosage of Chai tea spice. The velvety chai spices give this cider the feeling of a warm blanket during the holidays. Pro tip – try it out heated up (just don’t burn your house down).
