The Fairmont Royal York Hotel and Mill Street Brewery have partnered to produce a new beer, Royal Stinger Honey Ale. The beer is a golden ale brewed using honey from the beehives located in the Royal York’s roof garden and apiary. Royal Stinger Honey Ale is a delicious draught-only beer available exclusively at the Royal York’s Library Bar and EPIC Restaurant, and at the Mill Street Brewpub in Toronto’s Distillery District.
