One of 3 Christmas barrel aged fruited sour releases.This raspberry sour was aged for 12 months in red wine barrels and then conditioned in bottle for 6 months. A blush rose colour complements the rich raspberry bouquet on the nose. The flavour is a mix of fruit and complex sour notes intensified by the Himalayan rock salt addition.A very light carbonation adds life to the finish.Pair with hard cheeses such as Gouda or white meats / fish.
