NOTE : this entry is only for beer served at the Night of the Great Thirst 2015.Kloesjkes is a dialect word in Pajottenland, it refers to leftovers/dregs in bottles of beer. While racking, blending and bottling we regularly have a few liters of leftovers. We dump all these leftovers in a homebrew fermenter. As far as we can remember this blend contains grape lambic, kriek, raspberry, peach lambic, passion fruit lambic, elderflower lambic, blueberry lambic, strawberry lambic, saison, apricot lambic, gueuze blend, sweet cherry lambic, mint lambic, seabuck thorn lambic, and most certainly a few others.
