Long story short it's a Honey beer that was brewed according to 50 years old recipie, that turned out to be a Modern Mead recipie, so water, honey, hops and American Ale yeast.A distinct honey flavor, light yellow color with a delicate floral aroma, light hints of noble German hops, lush foam and bitter aftertaste.Cheers everyone!!!
