A hoppy American pale ale, Dipped in Moonlight is a lower abv version of its IPA siblings. With a relative lack of bitterness it still retains a ton of hop flavor. It contains big flavors of citrus, a twist of watermelon, and a creamy mouthfeel. We consider this beer to be an introduction to hoppier beer styles.
