Dry Hopping Brewers Gold & 7784 (IPA) Gueuze is Publitasting's fourth Dry Hopping Gueuze. Just like last time, the passionate hop growers at Forrest Farm in Waasten were chosen to collaborate. They used Brewers Gold and their own unique hop, 7784. To achieve a beautiful complexity, they again used 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-year-old lambics from the Zennevallei. The recommendation was to use this gueuze as fresh as possible to fully enjoy the fruity hops, just like an IPA.
