Fortune Cookie

Описание

Fortune Cookie is our latest fresh and juicy DIPA. Absolutely laced with some of our favourite hops including Citra, Citra Cryo, Cashmere and Mosaic with a generous helping of Citra Incognito. We've gone light in colour on the malt bill with a generous helping of oats to smooth out the mouthfeel and bring the creamy body we love in a DIPA. On the nose, you can expect popping aromas of peach, melon and lychee. On the palate, we get waves of fresh passionfruit, sweet lychee and a late hint of berry from the mosaic. We've dry hopped this one heavily so the flavours are saturated and lush but keep the bitterness on the low side. The finish is tropical and extremely moreish.
