With a bit of imagination, a "Bock" was easily ordered in southern Germany after a short time. This is based on the Einbecker origin.Bock are bottom-fermented or top-fermented beers that have long been traditionally brewed in Germany for festivities such as Christmas or other moments of the year.Light amber, unfiltered, bottom-fermented.
