The first in our REDUX series -- where we revisit and recreate a curated selection of collab beers from the past few years -- Sugar Sugar House House is a maple-dosed, double dry-hopped, Imperial IPA created in technological collaboration with our friendly counterparts at The Veil Brewing Co.Made with three kinds of oats (rolled for body, malted for fermentables, and naked golden for a granola-esque flavour infusion), dry-hopped with a tropical fruity blend (Azacca, Mosaic, and Vic Secret), and aided by 225L of golden Ontario maple syrup, this beer is luxurious, slightly sweet, and hugely aromatic with some Canadiana flair.
