Especially for our wedding, I created this Yuzu mead in collaboration with our friends at The Blacksmith Meadery from Schilde. It was served during dessert at our wedding, and there are still a few bottles left.In terms of taste, it's reminiscent of a white wine with a pleasant citrus note. Serve chilled—perfect as a summer aperitif!
