Utilising RRBC farm grown wet hops, Eagle Bay saltwater, Kveik yeast and our house lacto strain this beer is a power move of epic proportions. Pouring a hazy gold, there is funky yeast esters and a very apparent apricot marmalade character on the palate. Weighing in at 4.5% this beer has balanced acidity, a distinctive hop profile and is an all round easy drinker.
