Bohemia Hoppy Weiss is a light and refreshing beer, produced with a mix of barley malt and wheat malt. Very soft bitterness but a strong herbal hoppy flavor, given by dry hopping with 3 hop varieties: Hallertauer Mittelfruh, Citra and Mosaic. Recommended for pairing with light dishes and summer snacks, such as fish, seafood and salads.
