Hugs is a mixed fermentation hoppy golden sour dry hopped with Ernest, a fruity English hop from Kent. Weighing in at 5.5%, full of pithy citrus, peach and fruity melon, it's the perfect refreshing sipper. Fermented over four months, the cultures we've used have worked wonders, bringing fruity funk, tartness and clean crispness which complement the dry hop beautifully. A satisfying resinous finish really completes this beer.
