Frank's Chestnuts

A bespoke brew in honour of special friends who pledged support during our crowdfunding campaign to make Bliss Brew Co a reality. We made this beer once before to celebrate the birth of their son Frank, back when we were still brewing 20 litre batches in our kitchen! A few years on that recipe is scaled up for your enjoyment here. A delicious brown ale laced with roasted chestnuts (collected in St. Brelade by Frank himself!), pumpkin pie spices and a hint of vanilla for a marshmallowy sweetness. Cheers to you Frank!
