Vienna Lager

A refreshing, yet malty and complex golden lager. Brewed exclusively with more highly kilned German Vienna and Munich type malts which give honeyed and toasty notes, as well as continental hop varieties which contribute light herbal and citrusy characters. A long, cool fermentation with our house lager yeast strain adds a clean crispness which allows these ingredients to shine.
