This beer opens up with a heft of bourbon and banana then moves into deep barrel char, dark chocolate and leather. It really does keep on going with raisins, salted caramel, spice and toasty oak. So much going on, with lots of depth of flavour.Definitely best enjoyed if left to warm up out of the fridge or cellar. The barrels from Buffalo Trace have certainly given heaps of character to this year's blend.
