The second entry in our Hop Workshop program, which experiments with unique combinations of ingredients and techniques to produce novel, hop-forward beers. Hop Workshop #2 utilizes the new Idaho 7 hop varietal, which exhibits aromas of orange, apricot, hints of black tea, and herbs. This hop pairs exceptionally with Citra, Centennial and Amarillo to produce an array of bright, fruity flavors.
