This is our house beer-beer taken up a notch. We seasoned green unroasted coffee beans in a STARWARD whisky barrel, roasted them around the corner at Red Bean Coffee Roasters, and blended the resulting coffee into a pale/blank slate style of beer. The whisky-coffee brings subtle plum liqueur aromatics and flavours.
