Brewers malt, vienna, and caramel malts form the base to this brew. Midnight wheat turns the beer dark as night without adding any roast or bitterness while oats add some smoothing for complexity. Heavily late hopped with Citra and Mosaic to give resinous, vibrant notes of passion fruit, melon, blueberry, and pine.
