A light golden beer brewed with lager malt and wheat to give a crisp, smooth & rounded character.Dry hopped in the fermenting tank with Mosaic hops then dry hopped again in the cask with a selection of different hops (Amarillo, Ekuanot, Nelson Sauvin, Cascade) to give the beer a punchy, fruity nose with hints of grapefruit, peaches and melons which perfectly compliment the soft sweet maltiness. Perfect for a sunny Spring day. Inspired and brewed on a Brew Experience Day by four pals from the Needle and Pin.
