Fachwerk Lager - 1

Fachwerk houses are all unique in so many ways - no two are alike. So we thought that would be a cool theme to use in our series of Lagers. Each one is different, brewed with different grains and hops - but the yeast remains the same. Everything else changes. This first iteration is warm fermented with a classic lager yeast strain, and very lightly dry hopped with some of our favourite southern hemisphere hops.
