It’s not a traditional “dry stout” by style, but rather a stout that happens to be dry: lean, roasty, and bright, without heaviness.Brewed with a layered malt bill of Maris Otter, Brown, Black, Chocolate, Dark, Crystal, Carafa, and Oats, it carries notes of toasted grain, dark chocolate, and coffee. Prominent kettle-hopping and a touch of dry-hop lift the finish, adding vibrancy and subtle fruit notes that contrast beautifully with the savoury malt base.
