An Autumn warmer! With the cooler nights falling upon us, this malt driven beer was well timed! 8 different characterful malts team up to yield a beer red in colour and full of flavour. We used a tiny percentage of smoked malts to give the perfect amount of smoke character – hence the name Ember Ale. She’s full flavoured, but also nuanced, with a heap of different sweet malty layers to discover as it warms up. A good ol’ bucketful of Simcoe hops was bombed into the whirlpool too to lather in some piney hop goodness also, cause why not?Pouring now in the Miami taproom!
