This approachable, sessionable IPA features all-Gladfield NZ malts: Munich, Wheat and Gladiator, providing a clean malt base that lets the hops shine through. Centennial Cryo was added in whirlpool before it was dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Talus T90, and Centennial Cryo. With an IBU of 55, it’s hop-forward without being bitter. Pouring with a bright sparkle, this IPA has an oily mouthfeel with a delicate balance of piney and citrus/fruity characters.
