Celebrating the matrimony of Luke and Dani, this clean Belgian Saison has been fermented using Brasserie Dupont house yeast and fermented warm to help introduce fruity and honey-like esters. Fresh lemon peel and fresh rosemary were added to the end of the boil and post fermentation to introduce zesty and floral aromas and flavours.
