2021 GLINTCAP GoldSpitzenburg is an heirloom apple that was once widespread in the US and Michigan, but was pushed out of the mainstream by “new” varieties like Northern Spy. This cider is made from 100% Spitzenburg apples and is dry, moderately tannic, and tart with a zippy acidity.
