(Free Gelato: Verde)²

In June 2023, our friends from Funky Fluid had to withdraw and destroy a full batch of their non-alcoholic Gelato: Verde (cactus, mango, kiwi) from the market because of an error in the canning process and the risk of refermentation in the can. Being the good friends that we are, we took the responsibility upon ourselves to destroy 30 cans and made an experimental mead inspired by the "squared" releases from Tilquin. We added an excellent wine yeast, 10kg of Polish wildflower honey, and a couple of kilos of kiwi, lemon and lime puree. We had a lot of fun making this one.
