Our “Of the Bine” series explores the influence of the wide array of hops on our dry Cider. For Melon Dorado, we dry hop with a heavy load of Hüll Melon, a hop originally bred in Germany, then double dry hop with a touch of El Dorado, a hop developed in Washington State. The result is a delightfully fruity cider, with big notes of pink grapefruit, and subtle hard candy. Please enjoy this hopped gold!
