A light, refreshing take on the American Brown Ale. Biscuity, almost but not quite nutty malt foreground. Dry hopped, blending new world and noble hop flavours, provides hints of orange peel and soft spice notes.Think wee coffee biscuits, then reduce the sweetness and add bubbles.
