Back in early July we brewed this beer with a very slow fermenting yeast strain. The intention was to release it as a taproom-only special after lockdown...obviously that didn't really work out. So here we are, IOU, or more correctly, we owe you (a taproom special). ⁠⁠Hazy, dry and tropical hopped with loads of Sultana, Ekuanot Cryo, Citra, Simcoe and a sprinkle of Sabro.⁠⁠Perfect for a picnic by the sea!⁠
