When it come to hops, we love Freestylin’ it. Freestyle farms is a new privately owned hop farm in rural Nelson, creating single lot, expressive hop varieties with so much diversity! We wanted to brew a NZ pilsner to show that you don’t have to have a big juicy hazy IPA to have huge amounts of flavour. A clean pilsner malt with late additions of pacifica, Rakau & dank Nelson brings crisp white stone fruit, hints of gooseberry with a clean & lean bitterness.
