A few weeks ago our friends Tim Sciascia and Connor Casey of Cellarmaker Brewing made the journey from San Francisco to visit us here in Sacramento at Urban Roots. While they were here we brewed Mo' Zealand, an Unfiltered IPA with Mosaic hops plus New Zealand's most delicous Nelson, Motueka, and Moutere hops.
