今回のリリースは神奈川県茅ケ崎市の醸造所、Barbaric WORKSとのコラボレーションとなる、アルコール度数わずか2.5％のマイクロIPA。低アルコールながら、しっかりとしたホップの味わい。大量に使ったオーツ麦と小麦のなめらかな口当たり、ココナッツのオイリーな風味を乳糖のやさしい甘みが包むことで、しっかりとした飲みごたえの仕上がりとなりました。This is the collab. beer with Barbaric WORKS of Chigasaki, Kanagawa. This time, we tried to brew a low alcohol IPA which is called Micro IPA. Even the alcohol content is only 2.5%, you can enjoy the aroma of the hops, smooth mouthfeel comes from using oats and wheat, and also rich tropical flavor added coconut milk and lactose.
