Discovery, single variety apple mead (partially cryo-concentrated).Discovery apples have a slightly pink-hued flesh, are extremely juicy and aromatic, while still having a vibrant acidity. Making them our favorite variety of apples to work with. To further amplify their character, we cryo-concentrated half of the juice to make this mead.
