Owner and Brewer of Untitled Art, Levi Funk, stopped by Moksa to collaborate on a Sour Ale juiced up with pineapples and apricots. What makes this beer extra special is that, after the lactic fermentation, we used our London Tropics hazy yeast from Berkeley Yeast to ferment it, giving the base beer layers of Sauvignon Blanc, passion fruit, and peach flavor and aroma. Using this yeast on a sour ale was a successful experiment and something we will definitely be trying again.
