Classic Bitter with golden color, light body and low alcohol content. Hop bitterness is moderate. Liberal dose of English hops brings fruitiness on the nose as well in the flavor, and since has very low carbonation, it creates very own bite. Fruity contribution to the beer comes also from English Ringwood yeast, that was fermenting traditionally in open fermenter. That is low gravity beer, but full of good British hop and malt flavors ,easy drinking, refreshing beer. Cheers everyone!!
