Developed through open pollination at Brulotte Farms in Toppenish, WA, Bru-1 hops are packed with fruity characters – just the thing for a single hopped b’day IPA…It’s brewed with pale malted barley and wheat - the latter contributing to a stable haze and sturdy head of foam. Bru-1 is used extensively throughout, with Bru-1 LUPOMAX (a concentrated and highly potent version) making an appearance in the fermenter for an extra kick.It pours golden and opaque. Expect aromas of pineapple, peach, and melon medley. It’s full and fresh to drink, showing juicy stewed fruit, assertive bitterness, and a long, hoppy finish.
