Our latest batch of NEIPA is out. This time we again went with a lighter body to make a very drinkable beer. We used a ton of Citra and Mosaic for dry hopping to give the beer a big juicy, tropical aroma and flavor. We are really enjoying this lighter easy drinking NEIPA especially as the weather gets a little warmer and we can sit outside and have a few beers.
