In our special serial of beer fermented on the wild yeast Brettanomyces, you can taste our Bretta Sinclair. It is Brewer with 8 different malts, and subsequently fermented with our mixed culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacter that contributes to acidity but also [adds] distinct notes of berries (almost cherries and blackberries).
