Self Correction Saison

A saison fermented with a new (for us) yeast than our standard - a small amount of oat malts and almost all Pilsner malt provide a firm back-bone for this dry but full saison. The Simcoe and Hull Melon hops provide what we perceive to be ripe melon crispness with a present but sustained bitterness.
