Champagne beer aged for 8 years on champagne yeast in the bottle, then the yeast is removed by the traditional method. With as liqueur de dosage a "devil's cut" from an old wooden cognac barrel. A taste and aroma that can only be created by nature. You will enjoy a scent of ripe red fruits, nuts and raisins, and a cherry-like taste with a little acidity. This taste and aroma is created by a long maturation of 8 years!
