A collaboration brew with homebrewer Jim Sullins from Portland, Oregon. This is a hoppy style of beer originating from the Northwest region of America. CDA is an abbreviation for Cascadian Dark Ale and is an inspired brew combining bold US hops with dark roasted malts. The result is a hoppy ale with notes of mocha, coffee and biscuit. The 4 different hops in the beer give it a nice character with notes of grapefruit, tangerine and pine. The dry hopping regime boosts the hop fragrance while the medium body helps offset some of the hop character resulting in this new world beer.
