A union of Orchard and Feild, this Graf is made using Apples, Grains and Honey. A spontaneous Golden Ale was fermented in a Muscat barrel and blended with a cider fermented using Moonzen's proprietary Neolithic yeast strain.Locally sourced honey was then used to prime resulting union and create a warm rounded carbonation.A complex golden drop with notes of banana, pear, tangerine and lychee and a mellow tart finish.
